shousetsubangbang:

Moving ever forward into the future, we plan on doing downloadable digital versions of the issues from here on out, to be released either at the same time as or shortly after the issue is posted to bb_shousetsu. However, due to issues of permission and rights management, we can’t offer any of the past issues for download.

However, we would like to give contributors a chance to show off past contributions, and therefore what we want to compile (as mentioned earlier) is a sort of ‘greatest hits’ edition — an anthology of previous submissions, chosen by their creators, to be put together into a downloadable, distributable digital version. We’re welcoming anyone who has contributed before, to any issue, to pick the best example of your work to be included in a collection that will be released in May. More details can be found here!

If you want to be a part of this, email us at shousetsubangbang at gmail and tell us who you are and what piece you’d like included. This will make it easier for us to keep track of volunteers — and will mean that the issue itself is a surprise when it’s released! To eliminate confusion, make sure that the subject line is something like ‘COMPILATION’ or ‘GREATEST HITS’ or something else recognizable. Feel free to comment here with any questions, but don’t sign up here, as then we can’t guarantee that your work will get included.

Signal boost on this is appreciated as always, since we know there are many contributors who have wandered away to other projects and social media, and we want to make sure that everyone who might want to be a part of this has heard about it.
